How does it work?
Open the bot in Telegram. Send a photo of your product or describe what you want. Tell the bot what kind of card you need — a sale, a new arrival, an Instagram post, a YouTube thumbnail. The bot generates a ready-to-publish image in about 15 seconds.
How much does it cost?
The bot uses a credit system. New users get free credits on signup. Generations cost between 0.07 and 3.00 credits depending on the model — most cards land at 0.30 credits. Top up via Telegram Stars when you run out.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in Telegram. No browser extension, no desktop app, no signup form. Open the bot and start.
Which languages are supported?
Twelve: English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Korean, Malay, Russian, and Ukrainian. The bot detects your Telegram language automatically.

Can I use my own product photo?
Yes — that's the primary path. Drop the photo right in the Telegram chat. The bot accepts up to 4 reference images by default.
What aspect ratios does it support?
Default 1:1 for marketplace grids. The bot also generates 4:3 (classic), 9:16 (Stories), and 16:9 (YouTube). You pick the format in /settings or tell the agent directly.
Can I edit a card after generating it?
Yes. Tap the ✏️ Edit button below any result, type what to change, and the bot regenerates with your tweak — preserving the original composition.

Which AI models power the bot?
Multiple, switchable: Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, xAI's Grok Imagine, OpenAI's GPT Image, ByteDance's Seedream, Riverflow, and Nano Banana 2. You pick the model in /settings — defaults to the best balance of quality and price.
Do you store my product photos?
No. ThumbAI runs on a zero-storage policy — uploads and generated images are never persisted to disk past the lifetime of one generation. Only metadata (job IDs, credit transactions) lives in the database.
Is it safe for my business photos?
Yes — since we don't store images, there's nothing to leak. Generated outputs are also delivered through Telegram's encrypted channels.
Can I use the generated cards commercially?
Yes. There's no watermark and no licensing restriction on outputs — you can sell, advertise, and publish them anywhere.
Pricing and payment
How do I buy credits?
Inside Telegram via Telegram Stars. Run /buy in the bot to see available packs.
What if a generation fails?
Failed jobs auto-refund the credits. You never pay for a thumbnail you didn't get.
Is there a subscription?
No — credits only. The credit packs are pay-as-you-go, no recurring charges.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Telegram Stars purchases follow Telegram's refund policy. Contact the bot operator (admin) for exceptional cases.
